Truck Driver Appreciation Week

  More than 3.6 million truck drivers work daily to safely and efficiently transport the clothing, food, and medicine we depend on. Nearly every item in your house or office was delivered by truck. It's essential that we take the time to appreciate the men and women who depend on us for so many things. Truck drivers and trucks pass by our lives in the background, working hard to deliver safe and timely deliveries. During the COVID-19 pandemic, truck drivers have been crucial in keeping America moving and open for business. Truck drivers are often regarded as America's first-line heroes. They risk their health to safely deliver food and essential supplies. Restaurants and rest stops were closed, and we were quarantined in our homes while truck drivers worked to ensure we had everything we needed.
